Academic coaching is very different from that of being a tutor. Being an academic coach requires one to be knowledgeable about all facets of the collegiate experience on top of knowing the proper channels to go through when in communication with a school. Apart from guiding a client through the motions of an academic semester, Spencer's main priority is to set each client up for success with a unique academic plan. The overall purpose of an Academic Success Coach is to create a path toward client independence and autonomy over one's schooling. It is important for a client/student to invest in the skills and tools he or she will learn from the academic journey to later be attributed to other aspects of life.
Spencer is an avid sports fan and is a diehard Arsenal FC, Inter Miami, Miami Dolphins, and Miami Heat fan. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, playing golf, and working out.
